I was thinking the same. Unlike the President to wear a cap (except on the golf course 😉).
I think it is unlikely that anything of any consequence will be said.
When he cancelled his Jan. 6, 2022 press conference I think there was a threat to his security. This may be why this could be his body double.
We shall see.
