Is that a woman?

Neck is wide, broad shoulders, very bushy eyebrows, but Adam's apple? Lately I can't look at any face without wondering - originally male or female -- Hmm, interesting named for Adam, first male in Garden of Eden?

it appears to have very soft facial features. the nose looks fake though. Ears are huge for a female, but the chin small. hard to tell these days.
