The mandate was temporarily stayed today for private companies with more than 100 employees. NO mandstory jab or test...for now. There is no EO. Your company is lying or misguided
It was stayed until the 6th circuit court reviews the case. Depending on that decision it might go back to SCOTUS. Companies are doing bidans will by enforcing it while it is stayed. Lawsuits are the way. Prayers for your efforts and success!
