Not sure why people think healthcare workers need a break. I think plenty of healthcare workers are going to be arrested TBH.
Unvaxxed (religious exempt) RN son said this week most of his co-workers have left or transferred etc. leaving him and two others in dept. Some nurses are leaving because they refuse to take booster. Extremely shorthanded.
