I think I just found where Biden's actual office is located. Or not... I don't know, but the Clinton Presidential Center in Little Rock, AR has an exact replica of the Oval Office. See link and note the painting on the wall to the left at the Clinton Center. no parking area behind this one, so probably not it, even though the blue rug & wodden floor matches..he must be in a replica of this one, but somehwere else since there are no trees and a drive/parking space behind this one.
