none of my new neighbors work or speak english! while my husband walks to work at 5 am in the dark 5 days a week ..hey someone has to pay taxes right? the school district has special classes for these kids where they suppsedly get pass or fail grades thru school then their senior year they magically turn to A's and qualify for all the college grants (i do not work for the dustrict but was told this by a trust worthy friend)
