Nana read that the treasury under DJT kept purchasing treasuries outside of this system until they hit the saturation point of control in the US Treasury, but Idk?

I read where their plan to to this was expected to hit the needed saturation levels right before the Nov. 2020 election, but it actually happened early. That was why I think DJT kept saying in speeches and rallies that everything was way ahead of schedule.

Everyone was constantly, "What the Hell is Q waiting for"
& I thought that had to happen first. Anyone able to school us?
