Last time they pulled that I was able to recover all, not this time, didn't go back far enough. Always trust your gut, I was like meh, this is far enough back, but nope. THEN some interference with the log in reset being sent, from their end probably showed it was being sent. BUT somehow intercepted and never showed up.
