The U.S. Supreme Court’s role is straight foward and should not involve feelings and emotions. They are ‘supposed’ to protect civil rights and liberties by striking down laws that violate the Constitution. Let’s wait and see what happens.
This has to occur as the Supreme Court must uphold and defend the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Their supposed leaning against Bidens Mandates is a rouse to distract from their obligation to defend and protect all Americans by Constitutional Law and defend and protect the Constitution as well.
Most likely they will pass the right to mandates to the States and/or OSHA in which case they fail to uphold Constitutional Law and by not doing so , they automatically forfeit their positions as Justices. That is what the Law in the US Constitution Declares. Possibly why the NG is activated and ready in 30 States.
No one in Government can subvert Constitutional Law. Their automatically removed from their position if they do so.
