However, a thought ocurred to me recently - the alliance of evil has so many minions, I am wondering if they will pull the kill switch.

I am reminded of that Babylon 5 episode, at the end, they defeat the Shadows, but, remaining minions execute their standing order, and release a plague on Earth, effectively quarantining the planet forever. The scenes end with an Anla'shok, operative dressed as a monk, giving a progress report - from an obviously Medievil surrounding.

Evil's mentality - 'if we cannot have it - noone can".

This has been playing on my mind a lot recently.
