UPDATE: Vicki Laurence received a text from Carol Burnett who had talked to Betty's assistant. According to Betty's assistant, who was with her when she died, her last word was, "Allen" and she died of natural causes, going peacefully in her sleep.

Betty was so in love with Allen Ludden. I remember watching Password as a kid (5 years old!) and it was one of my favorite shows! I liked it better than any cartoon that was on TV.
