90% of crime is done BY government
The other 10% is an offshoot of government and their elite puppet master globalists hoarding wealth and acting with illegitimate power.
Finally, the community can still hire a police force, but only to enforce God's laws as all other laws and any regulation is illegal in itself.
Without globalists, there will be free energy and no monopolies so I will just flush that argument out right away.
