Here's a little exercise:
Stand with legs apart & arms out to the side as far as you can reach.
Turn as far as you can to the left or right & mark the spot on the wall where you can touch it.
Now, visualize yourself surpassing that mark by 30%.
Do the exercise again & see how much further you can reach!
