I don't agree with her rant.
Restaurants, movie theaters, etc. make money by bringing in customers. If those venues decide to alienate what could be 1/2 of their regular patrons, their pockets are gonna feel real sore. Let 'em cry over low revenue. I'd stay at home and have a nice, mask-free, vaxx-free dinner at home followed by watching a good movie on a DVD.

Pressing yourself into a venue that has clearly alienated you is a move of desperation. Never make them feel that you NEED their venue. It should occur to them after a hit in the wallet that they need YOU.

I stopped wearing a mask over a year ago, at first I was the only person in the store without a mask. Many times when my mom was with me she would ask before going into the store if I was going to put on a mask.... answer was always No, after a few times she joined me maskless. No one ever said anything about my being maskless but over time there were more and more people without masks, we'd smile to each other while doing our shopping. Now it's seldom to see anyone wearing a mask in the stores, except the store employees and half the time the mask is somewhere under their noses.... only worn to keep their job.
