Nana has been commanding my higher self and subconsciousness to step forward and help me heal my body from the cell level up.

So lately, HUGH meat eater that I have always been, I have all but lost my taste for meat altogether and something weird going on with my blood pressure being so low for the last month I am rarely taking any blood pressure meds.

I knew 2 women in their 50-60's who stopped eating meat & cheese, they lost a lot of weight & BP got down to normal, so interesting indeed. Hard for me to give up a good steak right now, we buy from local farmer here where I am, stopped buying the super market stuff, same with chicken & all meats, so not sure if your meat consumption was this type or not

Yes, never turned down a good filet in my life until just recently. We buy from a local also. The grain fed beef and pork here is soooo much better than what you get in the super market.

I worked in the meat department of a grocery when I was a kid and the shit they plasipack meat in smells terrible when you open it up to cut it. I mean even for ppl like me that barely have a sense of smell at all it would bout knock you down when you cut open the plastic bags.
Chemicals and preservatives... or poision and preservatives take your pick.

i am right at a year giving up meat, dairy and a large majority of processed foods. i hunt for deer due to others in my family and my dog eats organic hunted food. I decided to change my lifestyle due to a year ago i was at low level of developing ovarian cancer and i read a blog of someones that had cured herself going to an alkaline diet. i have yet to be back to check it out but i do know i lost 30 pounds, no inflammation and feel better then ever.

That is awesome hun I guess stories like your say a lot about it
My guide has indicate that eating meat lowers my frequency.

In response Angels Here -Z to her Publication

alkaline you can have up to 20% organic meat, i just chose to not eat meat and get my proteins from quinoa, beans etc. i use meat broth to cook in so im not saying im vegetarian, meat sits for a while in your system before it fully processes and exits so my thought process was if it sits it will rot and that just did not sound healthy to me. this is mostly my opinion and what i feel good for my body.

My husband hunts all year long ....I have an easy time cooking fresh game or fish daily. especially since prices soared in market. My body does better on it as well. Wild turkey soup is my fav!!!

In response Crumb Catcher to her Publication

That sounds yummy!! i like to make turkey pot pie and when the deer goes to the processor i get cuts of stew meat and put rustic beef stew in the crock pot. we have not purchased any meat since this plandemic started. trying to just get back to the basics.

😄I do the same. Stew meat and ground venison. I love to fish so I keep alot of bass in freezer as well. When my garden comes up I vacume seal it and freeze veggies as well. I started making my own bread too. I want chickens but my husband doesn't.. still at war with that. we have alot of animals.
