ONLY ON ANONUP AND TWITTER. I AM NOT ON TELEGRAM OR ANYWHERE ELSE.
Hear hear.
I would go a step further and say that what people seek is not always affirmation of what they believe.
People seek many things that make fake news appealing.
Sometimes it's the fuzzy feeling of being on the right side of history.
Or a story that makes life feel a little less chaotic.
The modern world a little less overwhelming.
The bad in the news seem less bad.
To explain away the bad events for how unbearable and unrelenting they can seem.
A reason to justify being condescending towards others.
An excuse to dehumanize who they disagree with.
A head nod that allows them to be hateful.
A promise of a better future, false or not.
A way to reduce the complexity of the modern world, by labelling everything "good" and "evil", nuance be damned.
Explanation for the unexplainable.
Artificial hope by any means necessary.
Fake purpose no matter the cost.
Faux knowledge to feel special and different.
Merry Christmas everyone.
Be true to your true self.
