I would shelter in place. I’ve lived around 3 weeks without electricity after Wilma (our block was almost the last to get power back). It was like camping out of my house. It wasn’t too bad. It’s safer than traveling to unknown places and having to fend for yourself in a new place. My friend who lives in Puerto Rico lost power for months after the hurricane. It was very tough for him, but he survived too. Ya gotta do what ya gotta do to survive.
