I kind of fell for the Parkes thing at first - embarrassing to admit!
However, it was when AZ made the "alternate electors" before the vote and he came on saying his insider's intel had told him all the states were doing their own electoral votes and it was a done deal. It was already on the news. Then he retracted after saying he misunderstood. Time difference people!
