oh wow thanks for this i fractured both fibia and tibia and had to have pins put in this was 4 weeks ago. I was wondering how soon can i do this soak I am out of the cast and stitches out Just to note i am also taking BEND a tumeric and black cumin seed suppliment

1. LISTERINE EPSOM SALT FOOT SOAK:
Ingredients:
2 cup of Listerine
1 cup of apple cider vinegar
2 to 3 teaspoon of honey
Warm water
Procedure:
Mix all the ingredients in a deep and wide pan. Dip your feet into the solution. Let it rest for 30 minutes. Remove your feet and dry them.
Repetitions: 3 times a week.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes.
Best Time To Apply: After a long day of work.
How It Work:
Listerine contains Thymol that kills bacteria and fungus. When used with ACV and Epsom salt, it effectively cleans any kind of germ formation in the feet. It helps to reduce stress and relax.
Tips: Use a non metallic pan so that your water remains hot for a long time.
