I keep raw honey (1/4 cup) with a heaping tsp of minced fresh turmeric ready to go in my cupboard this time of year.
I also keep a separate jar of raw honey that I add 1 tsp of minced fresh ginger,1 tsp of minced fresh garlic with the 1 tsp of minced fresh turmeric. I take a spoonful of this everyday in fall and winter months as a preventative. It has worked for me.
