The Pure Blood donors to the Rothschild's Red Cross will be fueling other humans for their adrenochrome fix now that most of that has been dried up.
Or possibly used for the D'Elites (who have med bed access, so...).
Otherwise, donors' doubles will appear on some planet, somewhere, some space in time.
At least this donor got a wake-up call and may pass it around the meadow for others to chew on.
