3 years ago when Q first posted, I thought D5 was a DOE security clearance level. The levels range up to 36 or 37, and the President of the United States is required to have a Q clearance, Not sure of the level of clearance but if Im recollecting accuately pretty sure they can't get one above 17 either. Always wondered what the heck is so critical the President of America cannot have access to and who is it that enacted this, who agreed to it and who enforces it. Yet our tax $'s pay for it. who are the "humans" that have clearances above 17 and who/how many have level 36 or 37? are they basically human bots that live underground and conduct "activities" in area 51 and the Antartica? hmmmm
