I think they will use 25th amendment on him first. They want to maintain control.
In meantime can they arrest Sec of Defense and Joint Chiefs?
I do not think they want Harris in presidency. Look at all resignations from her staff. I think they are setting a narrative to replace Harris.
Possible scenario, replace Harris, then use 25th amendment on Biden, put in their 2nd puppet pair.
