I have court tomorrow with my single dad whose kids were kidnapped by the state and have been in their custody for 25 months and they should have been returned a year ago. Hes filed complaints against everyone and the judge is being investigated by the KS supreme court...so tomorrow should be interesting for us for sure.
I can sympathize. A family member of mine was raped and got pregnant and decided to keep the baby. The hospital called CPS and they came in the middle of the night and took the baby out of the NICU. Mother had zero criminal record and never once did drugs, ever. It's been almost 6 years now and they are still trying to get this child back. CPS is so corrupt. This is in Ohio. I hope things go well for you in court!!! I'll say a prayer for you. CPS is so evil.

Im currently helping three families get through this nightmare. There is no reason families should be subject to this...one thing they all have in common parents ordered to pay child support and dcf applies for disability payments. Its a CRIME

Thanks prayers will be welcomed. This dad has stood his ground and walked a fine line of loosing his son....they adopted his daughter out to a complete stranger...separated siblings!!! Terrible
