They'll see the signature, believe me. They may have to ask whose it is. Just tell them it is a replica of LBJ's signature. The Tiffany blue is the color of the Tiffany box she carried. Her hat wasn't actually Tiffany blue. What your friends and family discover on their own will be more meaningful to them; just be available to answer any questions they might have.
You might tell them that this ornament has Kennedy vibes.
