How could anyone just run through a crowd of children with a fucking car? What kind of monster does this? There is never any excuse to hurt children. EVER!
I know there are some adults who were hit as well. There is no excuse. None.
I hope they catch these criminals and put them away for life. The chair would be better, but at least life in prison without any chance of parole.
