Biden is President of the United States. He was certified by Congress. The Courts didn't disagree with it. Even Trump didn't disagree with it, nor Pence for that matter. Trump could have taken action, but it would have led to a Civil War and been very very destructive. You have to remember that that's just one side of the Executive Branch, the policing side, the Justice Dept... and that is not the same as the Commander in Chief. Trump is the Commander in Chief, he's not given that role up. We are in an F'ing war. That's why Cheyenne Mtn is still closed up. Even the statements Trump made when he closed it up -- "It may be that we're already under attack and don't know it... and may be in a state of war already."
