🔴Under Florida Law the Surgeon General can use ANY MEANS NECESSARY to vaccinate, isolate, quarantine or treat you. That includes the use of law enforcement. The current bill will only strike the word "vaccinate". Jean Marie makes a strong case for why the entire thing should be stricken.
...instead of calling for a record strike...tell them boldly to their faces that it is not law and challenge them to prove in court that it is a law in the first place before proceeding. This is the US and this nation is a "Law Of The Land" nation.
Meaning the collective will of the people in your area constitutes law without even having to be written onto paper. Or in layman's terms...if a big enough majority showed up on the steps of your local City Hall and took a live vote...that vote tally is LAW here! That also means the same if you all showed up and voted on the spot to oust a bad Mayor...it is legal and designed to work that way. They left no red tape that could "keep" a corrupt/maligned official beyond the people's control. Our will, not theirs as they are our employees...period.
This nation was intended to break the methods of nobility, laws, religions, and commerce being able to be used as methods of control to the people of the nation.
