I've been digging - but haven't found the code. This article written by an attorney makes a case for why OSHA doesn't have the authority, but I would think there would be some language somewhere because of requirements for healthcare workers (e.g., flu vax) by their employers..... I'm starting to wonder if ALL mandates are illegal in the US (including K-12).
