Why do we have to keep waiting then? This is the part I do not understand.. It seems as if we are still having to play "their game". It is hard for me to buy the narrative that they are all gone if we still must go through he motions of their plan.

Because they had so many minions in government, corporations, education and so on. You can cut the head off the snake but still have to get rid of the body as we are doing.
