I take this every day, but in capsules, as I find the taste of the bottled oil pretty strong.
It made all the difference last year when hubs was having an inflamed pancreas that caused strictures in his duodenum... We were scared & it was obvious the doc was just waiting until he had a profitable case of Big C to deal with...
so I put him on a diet of all the good oils, in shot glasses, every day.
That scare was last Thanksgiving. Now he's gained 15 lbs. & is back as ornery as ever... I just have to keep those Little Debbies & such away from him, which really keeps me busy baking, LOL.
Someone said that Black Seed Oil was "the cure for everything except death."
That is what my buddy said that owns a vitamin shop. lol He has it as part of his protocol. I take the oil, but like you said capsule form is also available. Funny, I am not much of a baker, but wanna make some butter cream frosting to go with my "organic" cake mix. Lol I cook savory, I am not patient enough for baking but thinks REAL bakers rock.
It wasn't just the Black Seed oil (6 caps a day), but in combination with organic flax seed oil, sesame oil, olive oil & MCT oil & a Chinese herb (Dan Shen, specific to pancreas), we got him out of pain, then digesting, then he could eat more than 1/4 cup.
No more fried chicken from whatever place, but heck, we've got a great air fryer now.
Little changes & the right oils makes all the difference.
I realized what they were doing back in the early 70s with Florence Henderson & her Wesson oil.
My gran always cooked in lard, tallow or schmaltz, LOL.

Our folks live a long time if not corrupted.
