In a sense, he's right. Those that line up for the jab, wear masks, stay 6ft apart from each other, are forbidden to enter certain businesses, close their business, line up at the security scans at the airport to be illegally searched and some of their items seized, get a new drivers license with facial/fingerprint scanning so your information can be kept in a data base somewhere, don't think in terms of their actions as giving up their rights per the Constitution, but that's exactly what it is.
