I read that most buildings are vacant and the area started to flood. I really don't know.
Yea I follow 3 folks online that have their video cameras out most of the day. Definitely not much traffic or full parking and very few people on the streets. I also saw Richard Citizen Journalist show seats under water and water coming out of man covers. but that was some time ago.
