They can investigate and track down every little thing a law abiding citizen has ever said or done... but with all their tech, they can't stop these scams?
I literally haven't answered my phone in over 5 years because I get 10+ calls per day. So I only pick up when they start talking to my answering machine and I know it's legit.
Your experience sounds like they've hacked some systems... or they got it with a warrant and set up an "informant" with the data. lol.
They don't bother issuing a warrant for us. They go after the companies that store OUR data and then go fishing...
