I listened to an audio about this which said they cut the child's face off with a scalpel, the child was alive, awake and screaming and crying as they paraded around taking turns wearing the face as a mask. Then, they used a pair of forceps to go up the nose and retrieve the Pineal gland which Hillary then ate half and gave half to Huma. Thoroughly disgusting!
