The time is drawing near for losing my job but I will not comply or bow down to those who commit crimes against humanity!
Here is part of an email that came from our CEO:
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued an emergency regulation requiring employees at all Medicare and Medicaid-participating healthcare facilities to be fully vaccinated by January 4, 2022. Unlike workers in other industries, per this regulation, healthcare workers do not have the option for weekly COVID-19 testing in lieu of vaccination.
Individuals are considered fully vaccinated after they have received two doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna vaccines, or one dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.
We anticipate that the mandate will likely be challenged in state courts; however, this federal regulation as currently written supercedes any local regulation that may contradict this order. As such, ...

There is no doubt the decision to be vaccinated has unfortunately become deeply controversial, despite the scientific evidence that proves the vaccines’ effectiveness in protecting and saving lives. While our teams share a common purpose of caring for others, we know there are some who hold different personal views about the vaccine. We respect everyone’s individual opinions; however, we collectively work in a setting where our patients and their families trust us with their health and often their lives. We have a duty to honor that trust by doing everything we can to provide a safe environment.
