My husband just got an award from his university congratulating him for 50 years of teaching, research and service. Today he got a threat that even though he teaches fully online and never goes to campus or an office, works alone at home, he will be terminated for not being jabbed and tested. A medical or religious exemption, if granted, means weekly testing, for working alone at home. This is not about a virus. Now we need an attorney to protect his pension earned over 50 years

Stay strong and fight this. You are in the right...they are trying to scare him...HE HAS EVERY RIGHT TO SAY NO TO EVERYTHING!!! REMEMBER he can not leave..let them let him go...seek legal help!! WE STAND WITH YOU!!!
