My husband just got an award from his university congratulating him for 50 years of teaching, research and service. Today he got a threat that even though he teaches fully online and never goes to campus or an office, works alone at home, he will be terminated for not being jabbed and tested. A medical or religious exemption, if granted, means weekly testing, for working alone at home. This is not about a virus. Now we need an attorney to protect his pension earned over 50 years
job termination does not cancel retirement , he should be able to receive it if he has contributed 50 years regardless of terminating for "non compliance of policy" Hope and faith it will resolve in your favor.
