Stop using chrome.
Start using a vpn.
I tried one and it eliminated all of the pop ups, but slowed my system down so much I turned it off.

you can switch your default browser in settings of your device.
Ask online how to change default browser
Then ask how to remove the application
It is device specific, so include the device name in your queries.
