They also played with the footage as I have seen clips of the same arrest scene done differently, and DS possibly messed with timing to get the double in place, seemingly so quickly after the arrest.
The Fake News have covered for the DS so much and influenced events and peoples perceptions to such a degree that it is a miracle that so many have woken up.
