Why not ban/abolish Halloween (discourage it)
and replace it with a celebration of the Harvest Season,

I've been roasting the seeds and feeding the rest of the pumpkin to the donkeys and cows. Pumpkin seeds high in zinc and magnesium... also suppose to be a de-wormer.
