Instead of researching the identity of "real" mother the commenters got excited about the use of the term " real " and were insisting on the term "biological" mother .
So, who knows ?
Apparently Jean Gordon was niece (by marriage) to General Patton and she committed suicide shortly after General Pattons death. They were thought to be having an affair and a child was born to Jean around 7/12/.45, 189 days later the Trump family supposedly adopted Donald Trump 14/7/46.

Personally I don't think they look alike physically but facial expressions and mannerisms can be mimicked from growing up together. Who knows what the truth really is?
