This is what several fact check sites had to say about it "This image shows part of a flagged Facebook post incorrectly claiming it shows Joe Biden kissing a young girl's cheek. The man is Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
Not one thing about how inappropriate and disgusting it is for an old man, a President to bite a child's cheek. WTF!
