If a rabid dog can give the names of 100 more rabid dogs, the first rabid dog might be given life in prison instead of the death penalty.
Compared to the lavish lifestyle and abuse of power these assholes have enjoyed for decades, life in GTMO in a little cell will seem like hell. They may off themselves, not being able to cope with the deprivation and humiliation and defeat.
That's my thought on it too. Depends on level of cooperation, type of crime, and participation in plan. NO DEALS I think means...they don't get away scott free...but the manner in which they meet their fate will depend. Their reputation and that of their family...will likely also depend on all of those things as well. That's just my own humble thoughts on it.
