🔴Floods and landslides in India & Nepal kill over 100

Following three days of heavy rains causing landslides and flash flooding, the death toll has increased beyond 100. 77 have died in Nepal according to the authorities, after 34 more bodies were recovered, Reuters reports.

The Dept. of Hydrology and Meteorology say the next two days bring “chances of heavy rainfall in some places and light to moderate snowfall," to compound the tragedy.

Neighboring India has also been struck by heavy rainfall that has washed away homes, triggered landslides and reportedly killed dozens of people as well, the NYT said.
