Look at the flip side; this means China can’t send anything new over this way, and I’d imagine a LOT of American business owners will no longer be buying from China moving forward.

Along those same lines of thinking... Walmart and other big box stores do not pay for many products up front. Rather, they stock shelfs and once the items are bought local, they pay the shippers
