I'm sorry, but he is not. Don't know on what information you base this qualification on, but I assure you that information is wrong. I'm a member of Connecting Consciousness, an organization founded by Simon Parkes. He has been a local politician in the past and at present he makes an effort to inform the public on what's going on. His information is based upon high level sources in the US military. He didn't ask for this himself, those sources have contacted him some time ago, because they need some reliable channels to get the information out. Yes I’m aware of his story, however he has overstepped and made oitrageous claims. People are free to accept him but I cannot.
I can respect that. I suspect you are aiming at his statements on his contact with extraterrestrials. That is something that is hard to swallow for many people. I do think however that he is telling the truth. And he is not the only one. High ranking officials in the US and in countries like Russia are in contact with extraterrestrials for many decades. So were the Nazis. There are secret bases on Antarctica for instance, where those beings are present. That is the reason for the large no-fly-zones above Antarctica. Problem is that this information is kept from the people all this time and that therefore all information about extraterrestrials sounds outlandish and untrue for many people.
I am aware of the extensive tales of alien contact. Until there is concrete evidence it is just some people talking. Other research claims our earth is the only technological planet, or disc if you believe flat earth. Other earths are not technological and are insular, peaceful and artistic. There is one God and He is Omnipotent. Unless these tales acknowledge the Most High they cannot be counted on to be truthful.
There is more evidence than meets the eye. The whole Roswell incident for instance was covered up after it initially was covered in local newspapers. There really was a crash of an alien spaceship and there was one alien survivor. There were witnesses of this event.
