Seems there are 2, maybe 3 possibilities in the story of the ObamaGate probe:

1) Kevin Clinesmith was let off lightly because he sang like a bird, & we might see a few more indictments work up the chain.

OR

2) Clinesmith was let off lightly because the judicial system is so vastly corrupt, further proving that the only way is the Military, and the American People are seeing it first hand

OR

3) A bit of both. We might see a couple indictments of those taking orders, but not the true players of the DS game
