The KARMA of it is the hospital pays the agency more money for the same nurse 😂 because agency charge a bomb for their staff here in the UK standard living wage is like 10 per hour but if they went fir agency staff they would be paying like 30 and hour and the staff get the 10 of it and the angency keep the rest these people are idiots
