It's very obvious that they are realy under the average normal weight! And you know what the weird thing is? I have an old scales for the personal weight, and it gives around 70 kg for almost 20 years. But the weird thing is that the new ones are giving 80 kg? And I realy tried a lot of them. All giving now 80 kg! Let that sink in, because it is an old fraud: puting less weight in the counter balance. So you get for every 1 kg, less. And thus paying more for it. It's one big fraud! How long is this fraud going on right now? When did they change the weight?

Now imagine: you have 22,000 kg of sugar in your truck, so says your waybill, but in reality it weights only 19,800 kg... Than you can smuggle about 25 people or more in your truck.
